Every Ocotber and moreso over the holidays of 10th October or 20th October, the Octo Hockey Fest is a well recognised feature of the MCHA Hockey Calendar, this is an Annual National Hockey Tournament held by MCHA in conjunction with one of its affiliate members in order to assist them raise funds for their current/subsequent seasons.
Previously, recognised as Sana’a Tournament; it has transgressioned to Shaban Yusuf Tournament when held by Mombasa Sports Club, Burhani/Jericho Tournament when held by Mvita XI and Daikyo Japan Tournament when hosted by Daikyo Heroes Hockey Club a theme that sees the tournament hosted by its affiliate members.
For the year 2023, it will be hosted by MSC Hockey (Ladies and Gents) and they will name it as so.
