The MCHA Executive Council is a panel of individuals that are regularly and democratically elected to run the operations of the association. They are elected through a delegates system courtesy of the affiliates for a four year term. With a strong inclination to gender equality most offices have representation of both genders.
The office comprises of The President, The Secretary General, The Treasurer, their respective deputies, Members and Co-opted members as per the MCHA constitution.
